Return / Exchange Policy

Due to the global pandemic, Covid-19, Top Tier Skin and Beauty WILL NOT be accepting any returns. All sales are final.

Wrong / Missing Items

If you received the wrong items or are missing items from your order, please contact contact.thetoptier@gmail.com. Please add your name, order number and picture of your order summary in your email so we are able to review your order. 

Damaged Items

If your items were damaged during shipping, please contact contact.thetoptier@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item(s). Any emails submitted outside of 24 hours WILL NOT be refunded or replaced. Please include you name, order number and photo(s) of the damaged item(s). You will receive an e-mail from the CEO to resolve the issue.
